Gwamnatin tarayya ta yi kira ga ‘yan Najeriya su maida hankali kan kula da kansu

Abuja, 24 ga Yuli, 2025 (NAN) Ministan Kula da Lafiya da Jin Kai, Farfesa Muhammad Pate, ya yi kira ga ‘yan Najeriya su maida hankali kan kula da kansu a matsayin muhimmin bangare na rayuwar su ta yau da kullum.
Pate, wanda Wakilin Daraktan Harkokin Abinci da Magunguna, Dr Olubunmi Aribeana, ya wakilta, ya yi wannan kira a
ranar Alhamis a Abuja a lokacin bikin tunawa da Ranar Kula da Kai ta Kasa ta farko.
Ranar ta kasance tana gudana a duniya a ranar 24 ga Yuli, inda taken shi ya kasance: “Kula da Kai: Karfafawa Matuƙa, Iyali da Al’umma don Sami Kariya ta Lafiya Ta Duniya”, da kuma jigon: “Kare, Tsare, Karfafa.”
Ranar na nufin bayyana muhimmin rawar da kula da kai take takawa wajen kula da lafiyar jiki da na zuciya.
A cewar Pate, kula da kai ba wani zama wani abu bane amma wani abu ne mai muhimmanci, kuma maida hankali kan lafiyar jiki, ta zuciya, da ta kwakwalwa na da mahimmanci don rayuwa mai lafiya, mai inganci, da kuma cike da gamsuwa.
Ya ce Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya (WHO) ta ce kulawa da kai shine ikon mutane, iyalai, da al’ummomi na hana rashin lafiya, inganta da kiyaye lafiyar jiki, da kuma jure rashin lafiya da nakasa tare da ko ba tare da taimakon mai bayar da lafiya ba.
“Saboda haka, kulawa da kai fiye da shan magani ko cin abinci mai kyau; yana da zaɓen da muke yi a kowanne rana don kare, adana, da kuma inganta lafiyarmu ta jiki, kwakwalwa, ji, da zamantakewa.
“Kulawa da kai ba shine rashin kulawa ba, yana da ƙara kulawa,’ in ji shi.
Ministan ya lura cewa ga Najeriya, ƙasa mai mutane sama da miliyan 200, da yawansu suna zaune a yankunan karkara kulawa da kai na bayar da gado tsakanin lafiyar mutum da jin dadin ƙasa.
Ya kara da cewa gwamnati ta fahimci muhimmancin kulawa da kai kuma ta dauki matakai masu ma’ana don inganta shi.
“Mun tsara Jagororincin Kasa akan Kulawa da Kai don Lafiyar Jima’a Zama da Lafiyar Mata da Tsarin Haɓaka Bukata akan Kulawa da Kai.”
Ya ce WHO tana ba da shawarar cewa a samar da hanyoyin kula da kan mutum a dukkan ƙasashe don inganta samun damar sabis.
“Kula da kai, wanda ke ba wa mutane damar inganta lafiyarsu, kauce wa cututtuka, da kula da yanayin lafiya tare da ko ba tare da mai kiwon lafiya ba, muhimmin sashi ne a cikin tafiya zuwa samun lafiya ga kowa.
“Muna taya Najeriya murnar kasancewa ɗaya daga cikin ƙasashen da suka fara gabatar da jagororin ƙasa kan kula da kai don lafiyar jima’a da haihuwa a shekarar 2020, da kuma wani shiri na shekaru biyar na dabarun kula da kai.
“Ina jinjina wa Ma’aikatar Lafiya ta Tarayya da Jin Dadi don gudanar da kamfen na tallata kula da kai a kusan jihohi 24.”
Dr Anthony Nwala, Mataimakin Babban Jami’in Kula da Shiri a Society for Family Health (SFH), ya ce kula da kai tana bayyana matsayin muhimmancin dabarar cimma Coverage na Lafiya na Duniya.
Ya kara da cewa “mun yi aiki tare da Ma’aikatar Lafiya ta Tarayya don gano matakan da suka wajaba don haɗa kulawa da kai cikin tsarin lafiya, muna duban manufofi, bukatu, da samarwa.”
Nwala ya jaddada bukatar tabbatar da cewa talakawa, waɗanda ke cikin haɗari da waɗanda ke samun wahalar zuwa asibiti suna da damar samun ingantaccen kulawar lafiya, ciki har da kulawa da kai.
Kamfanin Labarai na Najeriya (NAN) ta ruwaito cewa ana gudanar da Watan Kulawa da kai daga ranar 24 ga Yuni zuwa 24 ga Yuli, tare da ranar 24 ga Yuli, wanda aka zaɓa a matsayin ranar kulawa da kai.(NAN)(www.nannews.ng)
